Who we are

Muse Case operates a single Meta / Instagram Business app used to connect client Instagram Professional accounts to the websites we build and host. This Connect host (connect.muse-case.com) is the only place clients authorize that app.

What we collect

• Instagram User access tokens (long-lived), Instagram user id, and username for each authorized client account.
• Tokens are stored in agency-managed Redis, keyed by client slug (for example ig:uxnite:*).
• Client websites periodically copy the latest Instagram media into that client's own Sanity CMS / hosting so pages never call Instagram in the browser.

What we do not do

• Site visitors are not asked to log in with Instagram on marketing pages.
• We do not use messaging, comments moderation, or Facebook Pages publishing for this product.
• We request only the instagram_business_basic permission.

Retention

Tokens remain until the client disconnects the app in Instagram settings or requests deletion (see Data deletion). Synced images remain in the client's CMS until that site rotates or removes them.
