Revoke Instagram access

In the Instagram app or website, open Settings → Apps and websites (or Security → Apps and websites), find the Muse Case / Connect app, and remove it. That stops new API access from your Instagram account. Removing the app also triggers our deauthorize callback, which deletes the Redis token record for that Instagram user.

Request token and feed deletion

From Facebook/Instagram Settings → Apps and websites, you can send a data deletion request for this app. We delete stored Instagram tokens automatically and provide a confirmation code with a status page.

You can also email develop@muse-case.com with your Instagram username and the client site. We will:

1. Delete the Redis token record for that client slug (if still present).
2. Coordinate with the client website operators to wipe or clear the synced Instagram feed copies in that site's CMS when requested.

We complete manual deletion requests within one month of a verified request.
